Basics
What is Fleet Unify?
Fleet Unify brings the tools your fleet already uses into one place. You see your trucks, drivers, fuel, repairs and paperwork together, and 7+ connected apps help you fix the problems that cost you money.
Who is it for?
Fleets that run on several tools at once: owners, dispatchers, safety managers, maintenance teams, fuel and finance staff, and drivers. Each person sees what their role needs.
Do we have to replace our GPS or cameras?
No. You can keep the GPS, cameras and fuel cards you already have, and Fleet Unify shows them together. Or, if you want to change, you can switch to any GPS or camera provider we support. Either way, your trucks, drivers and fuel end up in one place.
What is different about Fleet Unify?
Most tools ask you to switch to their GPS or camera. We connect the ones you have. And our seven apps work together, so a warning light can become a repair request without anyone retyping it.
Who can see our information?
Each person only sees what their role allows. Your own administrator decides who gets access to what.
Getting started
How do we get started?
Book a demo or send us a message. Tell us which tools you use today and what is costing you the most. We will show you how it all fits together.
Can we sign up on our own?
Fleet Unify is set up for your company by our team, so there is no self-serve signup. After that, your administrator adds people and chooses what each person can see.
The apps
How does Fleet Unify help with fuel cost?
Every fill is matched to a truck, so you know where the fuel went. UNI, our AI assistant, checks your fuel transactions for anything that breaks your compliance rules and tells you what is wrong, like a fill bigger than the tank or a card used on the wrong truck. Those fills wait in a short list for a quick review. If fuel information is missing, we flag it instead of guessing.
How does IFTA work?
Miles and fuel add up all quarter, and a checklist shows what is missing while there is still time. When you are ready, you download your IFTA reports and an audit package in the format your own state or base jurisdiction expects. They come out ready to file, so you do not rebuild anything in a spreadsheet.
How does it help with driver safety?
Camera events turn into coaching sessions. Drivers watch the clip and finish on their phone. Thrive adds points and rewards for good driving.
How does it cut downtime?
A warning light or a failed inspection item becomes a work order right away, so nobody has to retype it or chase a phone call. You send the job to any shop with a link, and the shop quotes, updates and invoices from there without needing an account. You approve the quote on the same ticket, and every message, photo and status stays in one place. Service reminders also arrive before work is overdue, so more problems get fixed in the shop on your schedule instead of on the side of the road.
Drivers and shops
Do shops need an account?
No. Shops work from a link you send. The link stops working when the job is done.
How does the Field App work?
The Field App is a native app for Android and iOS. Drivers sign in on their phone and see one list for the day: forms, inspections, coaching and rewards. No signal, no problem: the app sends everything after the phone gets back its connection.
Does the Field App work without a signal?
Yes. Work saves on the phone and sends when the signal comes back.
