Fleet Unify ("Fleet Unify," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on our website and how demo and contact requests are handled. Use of the Fleet Unify application is also covered by your organization’s agreement and by notices inside the product.

What we collect on this website

• What you type into our demo and contact forms: name, work email, company, phone (optional), role, fleet size, the apps you are interested in, the topic and your message.
• Basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed) that we need to run and protect the site.

How we use it

• To answer demo and contact requests.
• To keep the site fast and secure.
• To follow the law and enforce our Terms.

Security check

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to stop spam. Cloudflare may handle some technical data under its own policies when the check runs, and our system verifies the result.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information from our forms. We use service providers, such as hosting and email, who handle data on our instructions. Fleet data inside the application is handled under your organization’s agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep form requests as long as we need them for follow-up and normal business records, then delete or anonymize them unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your choices

• You can ask us to correct or delete what you sent through our forms. Use our contact form and tell us what you need.
• You can change your cookie choices any time from Cookie settings in the footer, and in your browser.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 16.
