SimpleStreets: logistics, routing and dispatch
Every stop. The best route.
From the first call to the last stop, everything in one place.
SimpleStreets runs the logistics side of your day, for deliveries and service calls alike. Take in each stop with every detail, let it plan which vehicle goes where and the best way to drive, then follow every stop until it is done.
What it fixes
The problems SimpleStreets takes off your plate.
What you get.
Shorter routes
See the miles saved before you commit to a plan.
Every stop, start to finish
Pending, assigned, in transit, delivered. Always know where a stop stands.
Plans that fit your day
Balanced, Cheapest, Fastest or Green. You choose.
One board for every stop
Every stop and what is happening now.
- Add stops one at a time, or import many at once from a spreadsheet
- Filter by Pending, Assigned, In Transit, Delivered or Cancelled
- Search the board and open any stop for the details
- Distances in miles or kilometers, your choice
Every detail in one place
Who, where, when and what the job needs.
- The customer and a contact phone number
- Addresses, each with its own time window
- Weight, pieces and what is being carried, for deliveries
- Special instructions, like the dock door, a gate code or a call before arrival
- Priority from low to urgent, so the right stops go first
Pick the plan that fits the day
Four ways to plan. Compare them side by side.
- Balanced, Cheapest, Fastest or Green
- See the miles, the drive time and the percent saved for each
- Each stop is matched to a vehicle from your fleet
- Dispatch the plan, and every stop is assigned to its vehicle in one step
Service dispatch, on the same board
Technicians have stops too. Plan them the same way.
- Each service call is a stop with an address, a time window and a priority
- Notes for the visit, like the gate code or the part to bring
- Plan the day so each technician gets the calls near them
- Run deliveries and service calls on one board, or only one of them
Follow every stop until it is done
From pending to done, always know where it stands.
- Each stop moves from Pending to Assigned, In Transit and Delivered
- Move a stop to its next step in one click
- The start and finish times are saved as they happen
- See the day at a glance: pending, assigned, in transit and delivered today
Every plan, kept
Go back to any plan you have made.
- History lists past plans with their strategy and savings
- Switch back to an earlier plan
- Archive a plan you no longer need
- Stops and routes show on the map, one color for each vehicle
Better together.
Every app talks to the others, so nothing gets retyped.
Quick answers
Is SimpleStreets only for routing?
No. It covers the logistics around each stop too: the details, the plan, the dispatch and the finish, for deliveries and service calls alike.
Does it work for service calls?
Yes. A service call is a stop like any other, with an address, a time window, a priority and notes. Plan the day for your technicians the same way you plan deliveries.
Can we bring in the stops we already have?
Yes. Add stops one at a time, or import a whole spreadsheet (CSV) in one step.
How do we know a stop is done?
Each stop moves from Pending to Assigned, In Transit and Delivered, and the times are saved as they happen.
What is the difference between the four plans?
Balanced weighs cost and time together. Cheapest aims for the fewest miles, Fastest for the shortest drive time, and Green for lighter fuel use. You can compare them before you pick one.
