Fleet Unify

How it works

Getting started is simple.

No big project. No new hardware. Three steps and your team has one place to work.

Three steps. That is it.

  1. Step 1: Talk to us

Tell us what you run today and what is costing you the most.

  2. Step 2: We connect your tools

Your GPS, cameras, fuel cards and shops get hooked up. You keep your vendors.

  3. Step 3: Your team gets one place

Managers on the web, drivers on the Field App and shops by link.

Step one

What we will ask you about.

Just a quick chat about how you work today. No homework.

  • Which GPS and camera tools you use
  • Which fuel card you use
  • How you handle IFTA today
  • How repairs get handled

What changes for your team.

  • Managers

One place to see trucks, fuel, repairs and paperwork.

  • Drivers

One app for forms, coaching and rewards.

  • Shops

A link to quote, update and invoice. No login.

Quick answers.

How do we get started?

Book a demo or send us a message. Tell us which tools you use today and what is costing you the most. We will show you how it all fits together.

Can we sign up on our own?

Fleet Unify is set up for your company by our team, so there is no self-serve signup. After that, your administrator adds people and chooses what each person can see.

Do we have to replace our GPS or cameras?

No. You can keep the GPS, cameras and fuel cards you already have, and Fleet Unify shows them together. Or, if you want to change, you can switch to any GPS or camera provider we support. Either way, your trucks, drivers and fuel end up in one place.

Ready to see your fleet in one place?

Bring your questions and the tools you use today. We will show you how it all fits together.
